Pesce Stufato Piccante : Spicy Fish Stew

This dish is based on a recipe from my two favorite italian chefs: Antonio Carluccio and Gennaro Contaldo “The Two Greedy Italians”.

Using the freshest of ingredients prawns, green lip mussels, squid white fish and salmon, to name but a few, all combined in a spicy tomato and wine sauce. This dish can be served as a starter or main with my freshly baked crusty bread to soak up all the sauce.
