Leek & Potato Soup

A smooth, creamy leek & potato soup that’s full of flavour. a traditional French favourite which I’ve added my own little twist to, using a freshly made vegetable bullion that’s cooked in a pressure cooker for 2 hours to intensify its delicious flavour.

Make it into a meal with plenty of my hot crusty olive and rosemary focaccia bread, or as a healthy lunch at work or home.
