Broccoli & Blue Cheese Soup

This is my soup for the weekend a Delicious soup with the goodness of broccoli and the salty tang of Stilton, made using one of my homemade vegetable stocks that I’ve adapted from one of Heston Blumenthal’s recipes.

Warm up an autumn evening with this flavoursome soup that’s as good for a comforting meal as it is for a dinner party starter. Serve with my delicious crusty focaccia bread
